Payed for calling

I have been charged £30 for calling of 183 call this month when I have free calls. And I can't see where the charge is when I go into the calls

@Estelle11  There should be a breakdown of calls if Sky Talk https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk or https://www.sky.com/bill/mobile

There should be an option to view itemised usage  when calls have been made on the relevant account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Estelle11

What's a 183 call, or did you mean charged for 183 calls?
