Credit refund delayed since switching on 13th July
Hello,
I switched my services to a new provider on 13 July 2026. My account is currently in credit, but I have still not received my refund.
Since it has been more than 6 weeks, could a community Superuser please escalate this thread to the Sky Messaging Team so someone can look into my account and process this refund for me?
Thank you.

Re: Credit refund delayed since switching on 13th July
@Anil13
Refunds after cancelling a subscription should normally take about 6 weeks from the last day of connection, but posts on here suggest it’s taking longer ~ Note: (additionally what would have been the next payment date has to have passed).
Before we can escalate it to Sky please confirm that your payment method is still active.
If you’ve already cancelled your payment method Sky can either reinstate it, or get a back office team to raise a cheque to post to you but that obviously takes a lot longer.
