Pay off sim

Does anyone know if i can pay off the balance of my sim contract? I have already paid of my phone contract

There is no balance to pay off as they are not a credit product.

There's a monthly charge until you cancel.  (Subject to 1 year minimum term)

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like @PandJ2020 and myself.

Presumably you are the account holder? You can cancel the sim if you've had it 12 months or longer. You'll need to call Sky to cancel it. You can't cancel it here or online. Dial 150 from your Sky mobile. If you haven't had it 12 months then early termination fees will be applied.
