I have been blocked out of my Account with message "Access Denied" when trying to reset my password. It needs someone from Sky to unblock but I cannot contact anyone!!

Try reaching out to the Sky community support team via their official support channels or forums for assistance with unblocking your account.

Find out more@alexcarey account issues like this cannot be sorted by the forum escalation team or the social media teams due to the need for enhanced id checking they either have to be done online or over the phone. Superusers will escalate posts where the issue needs the teams help help.
