This started today when trying to buy a film. I couldn't buy it on my Glass TV as the process didn't recognise any username or password combination. As it's so longwinded to to it using the remote, I tried it on the PC.
I logged in to SKY.com, but 'My Details' displayed:
My Details - Here is your account summary
We're unable to display your details right now but we're doing everything we can to fix this.
Please try again later.
I was also restricted from 'Bills & Payment', and Product Settings / Streaming TV / Manage gave me the 'oops there has been a problem'.
So I logged out and tried a clean browser thinking it just got clogged after all these years.
Now it logs in but immediately asks for my postcode to find my account, but when adding it in and pressing 'Submit' nothing happens in either browser.
Has anyone had a similar experience and, if so, how was this resolved?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. As I said in the post, my account is not very well. I managed to purchase the film, but several
parts of the account are blocked or showing errors.

Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread regularly.
