Parked charge

Can anyone tell me what a parked charge of £39  is on my bill please?

I rang Sky for help in December, as my mobile and laptop wouldn't connect to the internet.

Sky sent me a new Sky box, as they said my Sky box was nearly 20 years old and have charged me £9.95 delivery and £39 for the Sky box. They have refuned me the £39, but there is also a parked charge of £39 on my bill and I have no idea what it means.

@Josephina30 it maybe because they expect you to return the old box but that is not normally required  for a Sky+HD box. Give Sky a call to check

@Josephina30 we've seen occasional posts about parked charges before, but I don't think they've ever turned into an actual charge against your bill. You could just keep an eye on your future bills to see if it becomes an actual charge, or give Sky a.call to query it, as suggested,
