Parcel not delivered

I ordered an iPad and case for the iPad, says they have both been delivered, however I only received the case and not the iPad

Have you been sent a picture of the iPad "delivery" from DPD, if not you will have to take this up with Sky as they will then get in touch with DPD. Judging by previous posts on here this might take a number of weeks to investigate.

Hey! 

did this get resolved? 
im having a similar issue where I ordered a watch and some airpods and both showing delivered but only have the watch. 

how do we even prove we haven't received the other item arghhh.
