Paramount+

Being a diamond customer, I have an offer for 12 months free paramount + but even though I'm following the instructions, it won't let me get the offer as the promo code isn't automatically entered. I've tried calling but I can't seen to speak to anyone in the UK so I'm not getting any answers

I can't help, but in my case I signed up for the year for free as a Diamond VIP and it appeared to go through successfully. However, I could never log in and had an email a week later saying my trial had expired. Hope you have better luck.
