Sky broadband renewals

Been sent a renewal figure of £40 for sky Fibre. New customer gets it for £26. 

Apparently I'm a valued customer!!!

Yes. That's the norm. You probably benefited from new customer discounts when you joined Sky. If you move to a different ISP the same will happen in 18/24 months when that discount ends and you'll be able to move back to Sky if you wish and benefit from new customer deals.
