Paramount plus

I have just signed up for Paramount plus on you and you have taken £ 4.99 out of my bank today  22 nd April

 Are you a Sky cinema subscriber supposed to have Paramount basic at no extra charege or was you responding to vip offer for paramount?

Ok that's find then please refund my £4.99 and take Paramount plus away from my account please

I am not sure of your comment. If you are Sky cinema subscriber you should have Paramount plus at no extra cost by following instructions in the Paramount app on  your Sky box following the link "Get Paramount plus" then " Paramount + with Sky cinema ". However if you not a Sky cinema subscriber but taken  up the VIP offer for free Paramount plus you need to redeem the code on Paramount plus web site and you have to be a new subscriber. You can not  redeem this offer though Sky. If you have already subscribed though skyI think you can cancel though Sky marketplace hower you cancel will not take affect till you next payment date.
