Paramount not linked anymore

My Paramount plus is no longer linked to my Sky account but was working ok last week.

I've contacted Sky and they told me it was a Paramount issue and after a long chat with Paramount they are saying it's a Sky issue.

Sky shows my account as activated and Paramount shows it's not.

can someone help please.
