sky assistant cannot idientify my problem how do i talk to a real person?

My ksy account works on TV fine , but when on internet or iphone it cannot find my cotract. IKt is confusing an old sky contract and has no details of the current one ?

They are the same ID, thats the problem , left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
