Paper bill
I was originally a Sky broadband customer. In late January 2025 I switched the broadband to another service provider. I was asked by Sky to pay early termination charge and I paid it already. Now, I want to ask Sky to send me a paper bill indicating the settlement of the early termination charge amount. Can you help to email it to me?

You can print your own, after downloading the pdf copy of your bill here: https://www.sky.com/bill
It shows the same details as a paper bill from Sky.

I checked my Sky account app but no such bill indicating I paid the early termination charge. Please kindly help how to handle it.

The bill in the link provided by @Mark39 is all that will be available, it might not say early termination charge on it but it should be on the bill somewhere. As for paying it if it is like Sky you might need to provide your new provider a statement showing that the bill itself has been paid.

I don't need any information because as you can see I do not work for Sky. What information you need to provide to your new broadband supplier has been posted by myself and @Mark39 in our posts above.

@Richard171 If your new provider won't accept it as proof, perhaps if you have an email from Sky that said what the early termination charge would be, that along with your last bill may be enough evidence for your new provider to reimburse the cost (providing there is a line item on your itemised bill for that amount). As previously noted by others on this thread that is the only bill you will get from Sky and they won't adjust it.
