I can’t make payments from my new account

i fix my new direct debit but sky still sending mails saying it's cancel from my new card I can't make payments I don't understand why you guys don't accept my new card

If you have setup a direct debit then Sky will take the payment from this so directly from your bank account so your card does not come into it or are you saying you are behind with a bill so need to make a payment via this card ?
