Paper Bill different from my Online account Bill
I Just got my bill for this month and predicted Bill for next month through the post to be paid on 26th November and 26th December respectively. However when I logged into my Sky account the Bills are different amounts to the ones I got through the Post. My Question is do I trust my online bill (which is what I would expect my charges to be) or the Bill through the post which is more expensive and does not take into account my doscounts? Has this ever happened to anyone in the group? I'm reluctant to ring them as I don't have the time to sit on the phone for God knows how long trying to get through. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Re: Paper Bill different from my Online account Bill
Presumably you have a continuous card or direct debit set up in which case the correct payments will be taken on or just after the payment date automatically. It's worth noting that as 26 December is a bank holiday that payment will be taken a few days later.,
