Paid payment late but then no connection
Direct debit payment was not being taken from the correct account resulting in late payment. However after paying the bill the broadband and WiFi still seem to be failing. After running broadband and WiFi checks on the app they said service was good but still unable to connect to devices and use Internet and apps on phone and PlayStation.

@EmmaJ1001 When using the service checker that is showing historical data. So when the service checker comes back green you need to click on broadband button to run an up to date test.
