I left sky 3 weeks ago to go to another provider my balance was paid off and still showing 0.00

how do I close my account and still keep getting offers sent to me.

If your future bills are shown as £0.00 then you will not be billed anymore so I would suggest changing the settings on the link I posted to see if that stops any "come back" offers being sent to you.
