I’ve accidentally paid too much money on my TV account, I was meant to pay my Broadband account. So now I'm surplus £117 on my TV account but in deficit by £88 on my broadband and have since been cut off. Is there a way for the balance to be transferred from one to the other?

Yes. For some reason they are separate. They weren't before that why I thought I only needed to make one direct payment. Apparently not.

Find out moreIf you would like we can ask Skys messaging team to contact you via a private message as they should be able to refund the payment you made if it is appearing as a credit. This could take up to to 5 days to get back into your account though so are you ok about being contacted via here ?

That would be great. And yes, I'm happy to be contacted on here. Thank you very much.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
