Paid but error

Hello, I made a payment of over £117 as it was overdue. The app encountered a error but the money was still taken from the bank account, and is still showing as overdue and not paid, anyone else encountered this?? What can I do? Really need the tv back on

When did you make the payment?

 

Payments won't be processed over a weekend, so if paid yesterday or today the earliest it would be processed .

 

You will also need to setup a new continuous payment method on your account, as usually when services are restricted the current payment method is removed.

Due to payments not being processed at weekends the chances are the app will update tomorrow to show that you have paid it.

Thanks for your reply. I made the payment today and it said "error" "you've not been charged" but I have been charged.
