Paid billl and broadband isn’t working

Hi

 

I've just renewed my package but had to reinstate my DD and make a payment, which I have and it's still showing restricted. 

Will this work soon automatically or do I need to call sky? Frustrating

@Deano28 When and how long without a payment, if all recent would call sky up get to accounts and have them look into it pronto!

If your broadband had been restricted due to this bill not being paid then you are now waiting for this payment to be cleared by the banks and once that has happened your services should be restored.
