Hi @Bubbles2304 You weren't about to make an unnecessary manual payment were you? Please note the bill is shown as paid on Sky once the bank has accepted the transaction, it could take a few working days before it shows in your bank account.

Sky will have taken the money from the account details that you have setup on your account which is why you do not need to make manual payments as doing so can mean that instead of paying the bill all you would be doing is adding a credit to your account.

Though it say your bill has been paid if you look at your bill in the my Sky app or your account on the Sky web site , it might not have actually been taken from your bank yet. For some reason with the Sky billing system it say bill paid with zero balance a couple of days before your payment date, when they actually take it from you bank account, as I found out when I looked at my last bill two days before Sky actually took the direct debit. What ever you do don't make a manual payment let Sky take the amount automatically on the due date. As making a manual payment will not actually go against payment of your presen, bill but go on as a credit on your next bill. Sky will try and take the direct debit for this bill.
