Paid bill twice

I paid bill manually then set up DD and 2 payments have been taken

As we're customers here we cannot see your account.

 

But assuming your account is showing a credit you can ask for that to be returned to you but takes 3-5 working days (or you can leave it there as a credit against the next bill)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
