Hello. I paid my bill for this month manually for this month and the payment went through however it then took a direct debit of my bill payment today and is now saying I'm in credit £29, is there a way I can get a refund of that £29 as I cannot afford to lose money from a mistake on sky's end.

Going forward as you have a direct debit set up you don't need to make manual payments because as you have discovered if you do this to close to your billing date it is to late to stop it being taken by the direct debit.
