Paid Bill says I'm overdue

Hello I manually paid my streaming tv bill and broadband bill on the 9th but its now telling me Its overdue since it tried to take money on the 12th but it didn't yet my app is telling me its paid?

You don't need to make manual payments and because you did this to close to your billing date the payment you made will appear as a credit which can be used to pay next months bill or can be refunddd to you. Sky will take the payment via your usual payment method.

@CurtisRandall that's the result of making a manual payment close to your normal payment date. It won't stop the direct debit and if it's not paid, Sky's billing system will see it as a missed payment even if you made a prior manual payment. Sky will try the direct debit again in 10 days and if it's unpaid again may restrict your services. It's really best not to make manual payments unless Sky ask you to.
