I have not received any packaging to return my sky boxes and my contract is due to end soon. When will I recieve this? It said I could order online but then didn't take me to a link.

You can use whatever boxes you have if you want as this link will help you to print the return label:

Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

@Emma2211no your contract only ends when you contact Sky and give notice to cancel. It doesn't end automatically.

Providing you’ve cancelled successfully the returns packaging is usually sent out near the end of a cancellation period, so 31 days for TV / 14 days for broadband (to the address that the account is registered at).
