Package

My package was told would have for 2 years but now they are saying I have to pay another £70 extra for the package I've had for just under a year and only then it was £23 are they able to do this cos if so I will have to change company as I'm an OAP n only got it in for the grandkids. ???

That doesn't sound right. Have you compared the bill for £70 to the last bill for £23 to see where the amounts differ?

It might that some of you discounts were not full minimum term and have now finished. If you look at your previous bills in "bills and payments" either on my Sky app or by logging on to your account, you can each iteam itemised in detail with the discount of that item and when that discount will finish,  you can then compare with you present bill to see what's changed. If you were lead to believe that the discount was suposed to be full 2 year term, you will get back on to Sky and take it up with them
