Package offer

I had a call offering a reduction in my package, however despite saying a few times we do not want Cinema it was added at £10 per month

Are you sure the call was from Sky?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Have you since called Sky pack to tell them that you didn't want it added, if so what did they say ?
