I took out a sky sports package and received an email confirming this on 17 June. This quoted Sky TV as currently £27 and sky sports as currently £21. However my bill is for over £60 and includes ultimate sky that I'd didn't ask for. I can't find any way to query the bill or how to cancel sky sport and revert to my original sky tv package (I am within the 31 day cooling off period). Any help would be appreciated

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home
