I am currently a sky customer for broadband and TV. 

Are there any further discounts or allowances. I have been awarded PIP and have the award letter Id like to submit to your department

Sky does offer reduced subscriptions if you have been awarded some benefits, but unfortunately PIP isn't one of them: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-social-tariff
