Owed money but online chat bot not helping

I've tried to contact Sky customer services using the online chat assistant. Unfortunately I go around and around as the bot hasn't been programmed to pass to a human if it cant answer the question. 

 

I am owed money by sky, but i dont have a landline so to call them costs me money. I hoped I could sort online or via email but no luck. Any advice?

Is your Sky account in credit?

It's an 03 number that is included in many mobile contract plans.  (Unless you have a PAYG)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
