Overpayment

I went with a new supplier for broadband in June 2024 I called Sky to inform them. however sky still took a full payment at the end of June and July full amount. I am still owed a refund. My account shows in credit but not for the full amount. I have called sky a number of times and it still hasn't been resolved.
