My direct debit is now for NOW TV

Why has my direct debit changed too nowtv ?

@Paulsdawn31  Now tv and sky tv although owned by the same company are separate entities so have you cancelled sky and joined now instead

That's wrong, I too have now tv showing as the image on my bank account.

 

I have sky q full package and in contract and direct debit for last month and this month are showing as now tv.

 

but just checked and it's within the last hour reverted to show sky again. So must have been a bug

@Paulsdawn31  So it's the image?  Unless the name on the direct debit is now TV then this issue is with your bank allocating the incorrect image. 

 

Sky have no control over what your bank decides to display on your DD.

 

Try flagging it in your banking app.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
