Hi

my Services were suspended due to non payment. I have realised I paid but also paid this months which was not due till the 28th it didn't give me a choice. Would it be possible to get a refund for this months please.

@Danielle1989t If you were two weeks late in paying then Sky would insist on you paying next months bill as well before restoring services, in this situation there is no right to a refund

so how late were you in paying?

If you were more than 2 weeks late in paying the first bill then you do have to pay the next one so if this is what has happened then you will be unable to get it refunded,
