Overpayment

Sky have taken double payment this month and I really need the money refunded asap

Do you mean you made a manual payment as well as Sky taken via your usual payment method you have setup on your account. If this is what has happened when you see a credit on your account for this payment you made then give them a call and ask them to refund it, when they do this is should be back you within 3-5 working days. Going forward there is no need to make such payments.
