Overpayment
I've had my tv bill amount removed from my bank account when my bill has already been paid.

Re: Overpayment
If you made a manual payment, that would be the reason why. Best to leave it to the direct debit or monthly card payment.

Re: Overpayment
Not at the moment as the payment is still pending, I'm hoping that I can call them tomorrow and get it stopped and returned to my bank account. It shouldn't of happened as I always pay my bills through the app. I've had this problem once before

Re: Overpayment
I've had this problem before, I always pay through the app as I don't trust direct debits. I'm hoping I can get it returned to my account.

Re: Overpayment
If it is pending then it is unlikely it can be stopped, not sure why you don't try direct debits as they really are the easiest way to pay a bill so paying it manually as you have done is going to cause issues if as you have done here, you get your timings wrong.

Re: Overpayment
@LucasH92 if you end up with a credit on your Sky account, we can help you with arranging it for it to be repaid.
Direct debits are a safe way of paying. You can always rely on the Direct Debit Guarantee scheme.

Re: Overpayment
I managed to get it sent back last time so I'm hoping they can do it again. Maybe I'll just have to set up a direct debit to hopefully stop this from happening a 3rd time

I would definitely recommend it. Your bill is produced two weeks before a direct debit goes through so there's plenty of time to check it.
Maybe make a repeating note in your calendar/organiser to remind you to check your billwhen it's produced.
