Overpayment
I cancelled my Sky TV and broadband earlier this year and returned the equipment. There is an overpayment on my account which states will go towards my next bill but I won't have another bill. I'm going round in circles looking for an answer or trying to speak to a human. How do I get my money back? I haven't cancelled the direct debit so I thought Sky would automatically refund but this doesn't seem to be the case. How do I get my money back?

Re: Overpayment
@Elaine3333
Refunds should take about 6 weeks from your last day of connection (but do appear to be taking longer in some cases).
If the payment method is still active we can try to help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here if you wish.
Let us know on this thread what you want to do.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
