Overpayment for feb

Spent 1 hour and 40 minutes yesterday morning, transferred 5 different department, my sky dish was down for 1 full month due to high winds, engineeer fitted new dish and I was promised not to pay that month ,ended speaking to a guy called Shaun yesterday who promised he would organise the refund and text me afterwards still waiting, very disappointed with the service I received 😑

@Malcolm101 Sky don't stop charging you in these circumstances but may, as in your case, agree a pro rata service credit for the period you were without a service. 

 

As it was only yesterday the service credit may not have been processed yet. When it has, it will.appear as a credit on your Sky account.

...and in the unlikely event they do actually refund then the banking process takes 3-5 working days.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
