Overpaid

Had a email saying my bill would be £93.90 for April which I am very happy with. only you have taken out again the full amount of £177.40 please can you revise? Why

@Moonup your bill for £177.40 woild have been generated two weeks ago (assuming it was paid today). Could that have been before you received the email?

Dose not give a date, just April payment. I see the ones ahead are also staying £177.40 in May, June and July.

Have you recently spoken to Sky to negotiate a new discounted deal? Was that email as a result of that?

No, it was just sent to me after a review, luckily I was going to contact sky about how high my bill was. Once I got this email I thought it was sorted.
