Overpaid

I was late paying my bill I paid it on the app then they took the payment again next day how can I get a refund

If you have a direct debit setup and the payment fails then Sky will automatically try again 10 days later so should this happen you do not need to make manual payments so you should now see a credit on your account so when you do you can either call Sky or use social media via the links at the bottom of this page to get in contact with them to ask for the credit to be refunded and this should take up to 5 working days.
