OTP Codes going to wrong number

Hello. 

First post here 🙂

Please help if you can?

Recently my sky mobile sim failed. When contacting sky I used my sons number to contact and receive details to get a new sim. 

 

Long story short, my phone is now up and running, but my OTP codes are all being sent to my sons phone. 

Does anyone know how to get my number reassociated with my account so the OTP's come through to me again?

What OTPs are these so are they from your bank etc or is it everyone one you get is going to this wrong number ?

The number OTP's are sent to are configured at the senders end.

 

Assuming you haven't enabled your number in your sons phone?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
