Overpaid again

Sky have taken £190 extra again from my bank and this is the second time .on christmas day aswell

@shannon02  Did you make a manual payment?  If so don't as Sky will take payment on the due date either by Direct Debit or recurring card payment.

 

You state they have done this again which suggests you've made a manual payment previously and had the same issue but made the same error again this month?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I'd also note that payments aren't processed on a Bank Holiday which Christmas Day and Boxing Day obviously are.

Do you now see a credit on your account because if you do then as posted above that does suggests that you have been making manually payments that were not needed.
