Overdue payment, confusion
I have the funds available for them to take. It says payment due on the 4th March but still none has been taken. Do i need to make a manual payment? Do i need to call Sky? I'm confused as the payment has told me it's due for the 4th of March yet upon further inspection, looks like it tried to take it on the 1st.

Re: Overdue payment, confusion
Do NOT make a manual payment. That will not stop a direct debit or continuous card payment being taken. The 1st was a Saturday. Payments aren't processed at weekends anyway. The normal payment due date (you say it's the 4th ~ today) is the earliest it will be taken.

Re: Overdue payment, confusion
the bill says 1st march - 31st march. And when i look back on the previous payments, they say the 1st. Yet has always said payment due on the 4th. I panic seeing this "overdue" on my account because i've never had it before and do not want to be hit with any penalisations.

You mean tried to take it from your bank or card? What was the outcome?

Re: Overdue payment, confusion
As it is a direct debit and you have the funds available then it will be taken in time so you shouldn't have any issues so do not make a manual payment.
