Overdue Credit

I left Sky in Feb. Sky wrote to me 08/04 advising overpayment would be credited to my bank in 5-10 days. Still not received at 24/05.  How do I

I can see -£31.33 credit for cancellation on 17Mar then -£31.33 no services on 17Apr. No credit made to my bank.

@GingerWhinger1 This has been escalated to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this within the next 48 hours via a colourful chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. 

You may need to refresh your browser for the chat bubble to appear.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
