Bills

I paid my tv bill twice . Now streaming services cut off since i owe the money . Called earlier but cant speak to anyone as i have to pay bill before i can speak to a person .

Your post is a lit confusing so are you saying your services have been restricted as your bill had not been paid. If this is the case you will need to pay it and set up your reoccurring payment again as only once you have done this will your TV service be restored.
