Overcharged

I have been charged ten pounds to much and it says as payment is late which it certainly isn't so why is this

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

So are you saying your bill was £10 more than expected- in which case it could be the April annual price increase or a discount has ended. Compare this bill with a previous one to see where they differ. 

Otherwise it could be a late payment fee which if you dispute this you'll need to call Sky to discuss.
