IAM  paying for Netflix standard and Netflix ultimate do I need both or am I being over changed

Only you can answer if you need to be upgraded to a different Netflix tier.

 

Its Standard with Ads which is included with Sky Packages, upgrading to Standard would remove the ads in Netflix.
