Overcharged

Added sky sport to account, also cinema and paramount which is free, bill increased by £25, accepted, go onto sky app bill is for over £100, phoned to complain, lots of blah blah blah, then agreed bill will go back to what was agreed originally,  this did not happen. Sent email and phoned was told again, bill would return to what was agreed and I would also receive credit for overpayment of March bill, again this has not happened!!! Waiting for reply from complaint I sent this morning, what do we have to do to get things sorted with this firm, it is just so frustrating?

What shows on the following months bill for those services so how much is it saying you will be billed for them ?
