Requesting bills for last four years to claim work from home allowance
I need to get access to my bills for the last four years. There are no bills available on my profile. I have tried to find an email address to request same but it appears there is no email address/ contact number that will enable direct contact. I have tried entering my query through the bot but to no avail. It simply explains what broadband is whenever i submit my request. Thanks in advance for any suggestions on how to obtain bill details from Sky when they are not available on your profile.

For older bills you have to submit a subject access request https://www.sky.com/help/forms/customer-information-request
These can take up to 28 days to be actioned.

Bizarre, i am fully signed in and it continuously says page not found. I have tried to try alternative routes for last 45 mins to no avail unfortunately.
