Overcharged

Hi, I've been overcharged despite having an email that clearly shows I've agreed to a new contract

Over charged how? Does that bill cover month than the normal months duration?

@Monteverdi3 note that if your bill had already been generated (two weeks before payment date) before you agreed your new contract, it wouldn't have been updated with the new details. Any overpayment will be refunded in your next bill.
