I was offered broadband and sky streaming for 64 a month, but you charge me 74 for bb and 32 for sky streaming this is not in the scope of the 12 month contract that was verbally given by your colleagues please resolve and reimburse all overcharges thank you
You have not contacted Sky by posting on this forum but just fellow users like your self. If this is your first bill have you checked it as first bill normally higher as apart from the normal months amount taken in advance there may also be a charge for the period from when your service started to the billing date plus any admin charges that might been imposed. Though Sky bundle broadand and tv in there advertising and offers the billing for each is always separate and taken as two separate amounts from your bank and maybe even on different days. However the two amount should add up to what you were offered and what was on the confirmation email that should have been sent to you. If are after looking at your bill and seen what the amounts charged are actually for, if you are still not happy you will need to contact Sky.
